Return and Exchange Policy:

At Ayra Jewellers, we take pride in the quality of our products.

Returns are only accepted in rare cases of defective or incorrect items.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.

Due to the nature of our jewelry and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility
