Return and Exchange Policy:

At Ayra Jewellers, we take pride in the quality of our products.

Returns are only accepted in rare cases of defective or incorrect items.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.

Due to the nature of our jewelry and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return:

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please take clear pictures immediately and share them with our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery. Our representatives will review your request and contact you within two business days.
  • If the product is verified as faulty, it will be exchanged, subject to stock availability. To claim an exchange, the complaint must be raised and the product must be returned within seven (7) days of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Items must be returned to Ayra Jewellers within seven (7) days of delivery for exchange processing.

  • Courier charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer.

  • Exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and approval.

  • The exchange/return policy is applicable only on items sold at the actual price and does not apply to items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices.

  • Damages caused by negligence, improper usage, or handling are not covered under this policy.

Accurate Address Required:

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including house number, street/block, or a nearby landmark.

⚠️ Incomplete addresses may result in order cancellation.

Sale Items:

All items purchased on sale or clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Ayra Jewellers uses standard industry metals, alloys, and plating techniques commonly employed in artificial and fashion jewelry. Individual skin reactions may vary depending on personal sensitivities, environmental factors, usage duration, and care. Customers with known allergies or sensitivities to metals (including but not limited to nickel, copper, brass, or mixed alloys) are advised to enquire about product details beforehand and consult a medical professional if necessary prior to purchase or use.

Ayra Jewellers shall not be held responsible or liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, discoloration, or adverse effects resulting from the use or wear of our products.
